About the Residency
Accommodation
Participants will stay together for 7 nights in a charming old house located in the picturesque village of Agios Lavrentios.
This setup is thoughtfully designed to cultivate a strong sense of community and mutual support among participants during the masterclass. By living together under one roof, sharing meals, and collaborating on daily tasks, participants have the opportunity to form meaningful connections, learn from one another, and develop a sense of collective responsibility. This immersive communal experience lays the foundation for friendships and professional connections that may extend far beyond the duration of the program.
The house is equipped with enough beds for everyone, though rooms will be shared. The house features:
4 bathrooms, including 3 showers.
A common dining room area.
A common rest area.
A kitchen with a fridge and a mini oven.
A laundry machine for participant’s use.
Shared Breakfast and Lunch at the Residency Masterclass
At the residency masterclass, breakfast and lunch aren't just about eating—they’re a chance to connect, collaborate, and come together as a community. These shared meals offer a break from the intensity of the workshops, giving everyone a chance to relax, chat, and exchange ideas in a more informal setting.
The meals are served in a communal space, where everyone is encouraged to pitch in, whether it’s helping with serving, setting up, or cleaning up afterward. By taking part in the process of preparing and maintaining the space, participants not only contribute to the smooth running of the shared meals but also build a sense of unity and teamwork. It’s a simple way to bring us all together, creating an atmosphere of shared responsibility and mutual respect.
The idea behind this is to create a supportive space where everyone feels involved and valued—where we can recharge, reflect, and deepen our creative connections, both professionally and personally. Working together in the kitchen and dining space is a big part of that experience, helping to strengthen the bonds that make this masterclass so special.
